Construction of evaluation index system for hospital pharmacy staff based on the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process

ABSTRACT  Objective: To explore the evaluation index system (EIS) for hospital pharmacy staff.Methods: The EIS for hospital pharmacy staff was screened and corrected by using the Delphi method.The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to ascertain the weight of all levels of indicators and the combination weights of the third-level indicators.Results: The EIS for hospital pharmacy staff was established following two rounds of expert consultation,including 3 items of first class indicators,6 items of second class indicators and 24 items of third class indicators.Conclusion: The EIS for hospital pharmacy staff was quite comprehensive and objective,which could be regarded as a reference for further comprehensive assessment of hospital pharmacy staff.
